Together, through reflection and art-making, we’ll:

✨ Examine roles and expectations: tracing family dynamics and generational patterns through a creative lens inspired by Bowen Family Systems Theory and genogram-inspired art.

✨ Give color and form to emotions: like shame, guilt, longing, or hope. Learning to name and externalize what often stays unspoken.
