Our group practice is rooted in the vision of bringing high-quality mental health therapy and art therapy services to all with a focus for Asian Millennials and multicultural couples. Position 1: Art Therapist and Licensed Therapist
​Location: Hybrid / Remote
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time W-2
​
At Creative Hearts Collaborative, we’re looking for licensed therapists who are also registered or board-certified art therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or ATR/ATR-P) to join the team.
​
This role is perfect for someone who wants more than just individual work and who also wants the ease of working with a group of clinicians and a sense of community in this field.​

What You’ll Do:

Provide individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy to clients (virtually and in-person)
-
Integrate art therapy and expressive modalities when clinically appropriate
-
Assess client needs and safety, and develop collaborative, concrete treatment plans

Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
-
Engage in trainings, and case consults to grow your skills and keep up to date with modelities
-
Eager to learn, develop group/workshop curriculum if needed
-
Passionate about providing support to peers and supporting one another to grow

Take part in occasional community and outreach events (we love art, food, and healing spaces!)

What You’ll Get:

Hourly pay starts at $45 based on experience (BOE) and Full-time status (21 and above client hours per week over a consecutive 4 weeks; reverse apply). At $45 per hour, your base pay equates to an annual salary of $93,600 (assuming a 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks a year).

Hourly pay starts at $38 based on experience (BOE) and Part-time status (20 and below client hours per week over a consecutive 4 weeks). At $38 per hour, your base pay equates to an annual salary of $79,040 (assuming a 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks a year).

Full-time employee qualifies for year-end $200 continuing education (CEU) coverage

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, etc.)

Licensed therapist with active and good standing
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with warmth and clarity

Comfortable working independently and remotely, with support from a collaborative team
-
Passionate about supporting the Asian community, especially Asian Millennials
-
Trained in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and inclusive practices
-
Multilingual (especially Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, or another non-English language) is a plus!
Position 2: Clinical & Art Therapy Supervisor
​Location: Hybrid / Remote
Position Type: Part-time

At Creative Hearts Collaborative, we’re looking for experienced supervisors passionate about supporting associates to grow and become fully licensed.
​
This role is perfect for someone who loves blending traditional therapy with creative expression and has worked with Asian Millennial clients through a cultural humility lens.
What You’ll Do:

Provide individual, triadic, and/or group supervision virtually
-
Supervises creative arts therapy activities
-
Guide associates to assess client needs and safety, develop collaborative, concrete treatment plans
-
Reviewing supervisees' clinical documentation in a timely manner
-
Keep knowledge updated and follow the current clinical/ethical guidelines
-
Engage in trainings and case consults to grow your skills
-
Eager to support associates in developing group's curriculum and programming
-
Take part in occasional community events and outreach (we love art, food, and healing spaces!)

Qualifications

Comfortable working independently and remotely, provide support to a collaborative team

Familiar with or trained in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and inclusive practices

Position 3: Client & Digital Care Coordinator
​Location: Remote
Position Type: Part-time / Contractor 1099 (currently not actively hiring but open to connect, may turn into long-term hire)

At Creative Hearts Collaborative, we’re looking for someone passionate about supporting clinicians to grow and become fully licensed while gaining experience working in private practice.
​
This role is perfect for someone who is in undergrad or grad school, with mental health related focuses.
What You’ll Do:

Eager to support clinicians

Pick up or return clients' calls or inquiries

Communicate between the director, clients, and clinicians
-
Support clinicians with administrative questions
-
Confirm fee, insurance billing, and scheduling
-
Reviewing system forms

Keep knowledge updated and follow the current clinical/ethical guidelines

Engage in training and meetings

Take part in occasional community events and outreach (we love art, food, and healing spaces!)
