Ease "Sunday Scaries" by letting go of expectations and give yourself 90 min to be in nature, enjoy some movements, and artmaking time with a small group. Facilitated by a registered art therapist.

About the event
Who can join: age 18+ or age under 18 accompanied by at least an adult
What to anticipate:
mindful breathing or stretch
introduce art directive for the group of the day
enjoy being free in artmaking
sharing in the group or mingle with friends
What to bring:
sunscreen and/or sunglasses
water bottle
yoga mat or a blanket
Optional to bring:
artmaking materials and your journal
snacks
your plus one (human or a pet baby) if you RSVP'd
